Valentine's Day

I haven't blogged in a while and I've been meaning to write one for some time. I was going to have a separate blog for my two semester student exchange here in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France, but decided not to do it. Why? I can post the same stuff here.

So my first blog in a long time and for 2009 is about Valentine's Day. Or at least the shit that goes with it.

I'm usually one of those people that cringes when February 14th comes around. No significant other for me, everyone (exes and ex-crushes included) has someone to love and celebrate that love on this day. So am I hatin'? Yeah, usually.

This year is different.

I spent VD in Paris. Went to the (historical) Shakespeare & Co. bookstore and then had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. Flirted and relaxed. I might have a date next year, but VD 2009? Awesome!
